Nineteen amateur swimmers with an average age of 9- 12, who trained at least five days a week in the swimming team in Gümüşhane, participated in the study voluntarily. During this period, athletes were asked to do 45- 60 minutes of exercises every other day with their own body weights and tera band. The normality distribution of the data was determined with the "Shapiro-Wilk" test. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the distribution of the data was normal. After the isolation period, it was analyzed by using “Paired t test” within the group to determine the difference. The significance level was evaluated according to p <0.05 significance level. As a result, it was determined that the swimmers who could not leave the house due to the restrictions, performed at home with their own body weight and tera tape during the isolation period, prevented performance loss although 50 m free swimming (short distance) did not increase the performance of the athlete.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Journal of ROL Sport Sciences}, author={SEVER, Mehmet Onur}, year={2021}, month={Jan.}, pages={96–104} }
