Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 which appeared in Wuhan, China in December 2019 spreaded all around the World in a short time and afterwards it was annouced as Pandemic by WHO (World Health Organization) on 11 March 2020. Economic fluctuations before the announcement of the pandemic, the uncertainty of the pandemic duration and its effects affected almost all sectors. The sports sector, which has a transaction volume of billions of dollars in a year, was one of the most important sectors affected by these fluctuations and uncertainty. It is impossible not see the caotic and uncertain situations when you look especially on football. As a result of postponed leagues, tournaments and championships, FIFA, UEFA, CAF, AFC and similar federations are working on the operation model they will follow regarding the process. Problems that arise in a club or with athletes are managed by the decisions taken by the clubs themselves during this period. In this following article problems that appeared or that may appear under the umbrella of TFF are answered according to law of PFSST and TAÇST.
