The aim of this study is to determine the most up-to-date treatment methods about the non-surgical (conservative) treatment of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis in the last 11 years and to reveal the effects on life. For this purpose, a systematic review was performed by examining clinical and randomized controlled studies covering the age range of 13-18 years in the Pubmed database between 2010-2021. As a result of the examination of the work done; Especially in individuals with advanced scoliosis, it has been determined that the combined corset treatment with exercise is more effective and the most up-to-date exercise method is the Schroth exercise method. However, further studies with better methodological quality are needed to confirm these results and determine the best treatment intervention.
