Coronavirus affects our social life as a disease that affects public health all over the world and has a high rate of spread. This virus, named Covid 19, has previously unidentified features, but it creates an atmosphere of panic on people. The most important feature of the disease is its rapid spread and high level of contamination. Due to the stated characteristics of the virus, it has become inevitable to take some steps to protect public health. Measures such as travel restrictions, quarantines and curfews have been taken by governments. These measures slowed the spread of the virus, but negatively affected the social life of individuals. Although the new type of coronavirus disease is an important public health problem all over the world, it also poses a risk in terms of the increase of various disease groups due to reasons such as inactivity and increased inactivity. It is known that physical activity and exercise are effective in preventing some metabolic diseases and solving psychological problems. With this in mind, the World Health Organization has published bulletins about exercises that can be done at home during the epidemic process. Although it is known that physical activity has positive physical and psychological effects, drawing general lines of how it affects people's quality of life and the effect of exercise on mood will have positive results in terms of public health. In this study, the change in mood was analyzed according to exercise frequency and exercise frequency before and after the pandemic in order to see the change in the frequency of physical activity of individuals, and it was determined how individuals used their time in the quarantine period and which leisure activity made psychologically better. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of physical activity on the mood of individuals and to investigate whether it has an effect on the quality of life.
