The aim of this study was to examine the reactive strength index parameter, which shows the maximal strength and explosive strength characteristics of 16-17 age group wrestlers determined by isometric test. The research was conducted in the wrestling branch (XAge=16.62±0.49years, XHeight=171.08±7.55cm, XBW=69.22±11.08 kg, XBMİ=23.50±2, 82 kg/m2, and XBFP=10.97±3.89%) 24 male volunteer athletes participated. In the study, the height measurement of the participants was made with a stadiometer, the measurement of body weight and fat percentage was made with a professional body analyzer, the measurement of reactive strength index was made with Opto Jump Next, and the measurement of maximal strength was made with a leg dynamometer. Pearson test was applied to determine the relationship between Wrestlers' MS and RSI. According to the correlation results, no significant relationship was found between the Wrestlers' MS and RSI. As a result, this research; It has been shown that there is a difference in the development levels of maximal strength and explosive strength of wrestlers aged 16-17.
