ANALYSIS OF THE ATTITUDE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AND OTHER BRANCH TEACHERS TO HEALTHY NUTRITION ACCORDING TO SOME VARIABLES (CASE OF KÜTAHYA)

The aim of this study is to examine the attitudes of physical education and sports teachers and other branch teachers working in the city center of Kütahya towards healthy nutrition. Survey model was used in the study prepared with quantitative research method. The research group of the study consisted of a total of 294 people, 148 of whom were men, 146 of whom were women, 129 physical education teachers and 165 other branch teachers. The data of the study were collected using an attitude towards healthy nutrition scale consisting of 21 items. It was observed by the researcher that it was filled in approximately 5 minutes by a teacher. As a result of the analysis and literature review, physical education teachers' healthy nutrition attitudes are found to be higher than other branch teachers, female and male teachers generally exhibit similar attitudes. It was concluded that the nutritional attitudes of teachers improved positively as the age gets older
